Bricks, powerlines and ferns littered an alleyway along 5th Street in Northwest, D.C., Saturday evening after the wall of a two-story building caved in.

A man accused of attempted sexual assault in Alexandria, Virginia in early February was placed into custody, according to Alexandria city police on Thursday.
