WASHINGTON (7News) — Washington Capitals fans rocked the red at a playoff pep rally in D.C. Friday afternoon.

As excited fans took part in family-friendly activities held at Union Market, a massive image of Alex Ovechkin, who recently broke the National Hockey League's all-time scoring record, was situated atop the market building.
